How to Move Safely when you Have Movement Limitations with Sherry Zak Morris, C-IAYT

Podcast Abstract

This GrokTalk Podcast discusses a very important topic that is near and dear to my heart. If you have pain and/or movement limitations, here are some guidelines to get you MOVING again! In this podcast, we discuss different forms of limitations from an acute injury like a sudden sports injury, to an ongoing chronic injury like tennis elbow, to more chronic physical conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis. No matter where you are on this spectrum, Movement is the key to getting and feeling better!

About Sherry

I am an E-RYT Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) specializing in Gentle, Senior and Chair Yoga. My main student demographic is 50+, but I have students of all ages who come to my “gentler” Yoga classes to help with their movement limitations. I offer a 6-class series of Gentle and Chair Yoga video classes on Grokker.com and I was recently asked to participate in a Grokker podcast to discuss “Moving When You Have Movement Limitations”.
