As we move into our midlife years and beyond, we may begin to notice more aches and pains in our joints. It may start with stiffness when we get up in the morning but as we move about our day… we feel looser and forget about it. Is that Arthritis, we ask?

Then we may have days when the weather is cold and damp and our joints feel crotchety. We might grip something and feel a sharp pain in the joints of our fingers that takes us by surprise. Hmmmm…. could that be Arthritis?

And yes, we may start to hear some crunching type sounds when we bend our knees or move our shoulders. Yep, there is probably some Arthritis in there!

Just keep moving your joints gently and mindfully, and that will keep them lubricated and feeling better.
