Playful Practice for Everyone
This class will get you wiggling, stretching and moving in ways that are natural, playful and uplifting. Enjoy the wide variety of seated and standing poses to improve your posture, balance and flexibility.
Heart Opening Practice
This class encourages upper body movements to expand your breath and loosen tight neck and shoulder muscles. But, we don’t forget the lower body! There are lots of movements to get your heart pumping and your energy flowing.
Move, Flow and Dance
This class offers lots of flowing movements that link your breath and body together so you enjoy the fluidity of your joints again. Enjoy the dancing and the standing strengthening poses and the gently bending to open the hips and release tension in your back.
