Choose from 30, 45 or 60 minutes Chair Yoga Practices that include:
Upper Body Warm-ups and Stretches

Low Back and Hip Stretches and Strengtheners
– build strength and flexibility in the joints and muscles that support the gait, balance and posture.

This class is dedicated to getting rid of your back pain.. the natural way! Learn why stretching, breathing and letting go of specific emotions will help ease your pain.
