Stretch and Reach – Sequences to improve your posture and release tension in your tight places

Reaches make more space in your joints so that they have more freedom of movement. Reaching and stretching also brings your posture back into alignment. You will learn how to extend as far as it feels comfortable, like someone is gently pulling you and making you longer.

Cardio Fun – Don’t get enough cardio exercise for your heart and lungs? This sequences is equivalent to walking a quarter of a mile!

This 15 minute sequence is for your heart, your lungs and to increase your life force. In yoga it is called Surya Namaskar. As you can imagine, the word sun relates to heat and energy, so you will start to feel warm as you move through the sequence. Lots of modifications and options are provided so you can choose the one that works good for you and your abilities.

Oiling the Joints – Range-of-motion movements for every joint in your body to keep you flexible and reduce your joint pain.
