Yoga vs. Physical Therapy or Exercise
Yoga is complementary to your existing physical therapy. You will find many of the Yoga movements similar to your healthcare provider instructions. The key difference between traditional physical therapy and/or exercises at your gym and the practice of Yoga is the focus on the breath and healing the body from the inside out.
