We Got Your Back! 5 for the Spine!  Essential Movements Every Day
Have you been to the chiropractor, orthopedic doctor, pain specialist or acupuncturist for your back pain? Perhaps tried decompression, surgery, bracing or medication? These are all the various “tools of the trade” for managing back pain. They all serve a purpose at one time or another. We’d like to share another “tool” with you that is more like a daily vitamin for your back. That tool is Movement!
Did you know your spine needs 5 daily  movement patterns that are needed to keep it healthy and functional? These movements help you bend down to feed your pet, back out of your driveway, reach up to the top cupboard and lean over to kiss your loved one.  That’s why these are important to do every day!  If your back is tight and painful, then start out slow and easy… moving with your breath to help release tension and pain.
